Back to School Germs? Prevention is Key.

So, our clients are already starting to come in with Summer colds and the Fall is on it’s way. I guess it’s already that time of year again. In our house, this means planning for the start of school. For some, that just means more traffic in the morning. But for those that are touched in any way by kids heading back to school, you likely know what’s coming… the petri-dish of germs that accompanies the start of a new school year.

I came up with an Immune Tonic years ago for our family and it worked so well, I began recommending it to clients and now it’s a staple here at Remedy Wellness. Dr. Kennedy says we need to put it in pretty bags with colorful tissue paper b/c it is the best present you could give anyone.

We’ve been using this blend for our family and clients for many years with great success. It’s our “go to” remedy and works best at the first sign of illness. This is the key…. to start at the first sign of illness… and knock it out before it knocks you down. Of course, here… focusing on prevention is also key. Keep hands washed, use a hand sanitizer (clean one like EO or Clean and Well), stay hydrated, get consistent with back-to-school bed and wake times and some protein with each meal/snack.

I love this blend because the dose can be modified to suit anyone in the family. It’s liquid with a pretty good taste.

Dr. Sherri’s Immune Tonic:
Take at the first sign of cold/flu!
Silvercillin: 1 Tbsp
Immunoberry: 2 dropperfuls
D-Restore: 10 drops

Mixed together in a small amount of water
Take three times per day for 3 days.

After 3 days, if you need to take longer
Silvercillin: 1 tsp
Immunoberry: 2 dropperfuls
D-restore: 2 drops

Mixed together in a small amount of water
Take once daily (or up to three times per day, depending on severity and

improvement).
***dosage varies for children.
