I agree with almost all of the listed foods, except the fat-free/low-fat pastuerized milk (not a super food in my opinion) and soy. If you are not sensitive to soy and you eat it in its whole foods forms- tofu, tempeh, miso, etc., it can be a superfood.
I see too many women in their 50’s loading up with soy to treat hotflashes, only to wind up with digestive and thyroid issues.
There are a few amazing superfoods they failed to mention; kale, raw cocoa, goji berries!!
