What Health Books Should You Read? Leading Physicians Recommend

Because I have the pleasure of interacting with some of the leading Naturopathic Physicians in the country, I like to “pick their brains” from time to time. A few months ago, I asked them what they were eating for breakfast (you all seemed to love that blog!).

Now I ask “What health and nutrition books do you recommend?”  Guaranteed, if these docs are recommending a book, I’m reading it!
